Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our specialized QC staff members are qualified to carry out precautionary measures and quality improvements. Our technical department is responsible for providing product quality standards and technical indicators throughout the whole production process.
Quality Control Procedures
Our main QC procedures are as follows: raw materials are checked before warehousing to ensure only qualified materials are put into production, QC spot is established in each step of the procedure for patrol inspection and random tests to prevent unqualified products flowing into the next procedure, last examination applied to finished products following the sampling standards to make sure only qualified products being delivered to customers, unqualified products in each link and procedure controlled, supervision and precautionary measures are taken into effect.
Additional Information about the Quality Control Process
Our QC equipment includes the electrothermal constant temperature drying oven, pulling force measuring meter, brightness and glossiness meter, analytical balance, temperature measurement director, vernier caliper, angle rule with a broad base, outside micrometer, and platform scale.

Policy on Commercial Bribery
We prohibit employees from receiving, directly or indirectly, anything of value in return for using or agreeing to use his or her position for the benefit of that other person. Similarly, commercial bribes, kickbacks, gratuities and other payoffs and benefits paid to any customer are prohibited. However, this does not include expenditures of reasonable amount for meals and entertainment of customers if they are otherwise lawful, and should be included on expense reports and approved under standard Company procedures.
Accounting Controls, Procedures and Records
We accurately keep books and records of all transactions and the dispositions of our assets as required by law, as well as maintain a system of internal accounting controls to ensure the reliability and adequacy of our books and records. We ensure only transactions with proper management approval are accounted for in our books and records.

On March 23, 2020, ELETILE had an IPO as the first-ever stock in the resilient vinyl flooring industry on the A-share main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange under the stock code 603221 and abbreviated as ELETILE. Shen Guofang, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Suzhou Municipal People's Congress and Secretary of Zhangjiagang Municipal Party Committee, Pan Guoqiang, Deputy Secretary of the Zhangjiagang Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Zhangjiagang, Song Zhengxing, Chairman of ELETILE, and Song Jincheng, Vice Chairman and General Manager of ELETILE, jointly struck the opening gong.
